A low impact, highly effective workout based around working your core and aligning your body.  Use a variety of bands, weights and exercises to improve flexibility, strength, balance, posture and promote a feel good atmosphere. This class will especially be “powered up” with a variety of challenging abdominal and weight series like none that you have done before!
